OSJS courses are open to students and learners of all ages and
backgrounds for both credit and noncredit. Attendance is limited to
students enrolled in the course. Summer Session students planning to
transfer credits to their home institutions should get advance
approval of their selections. PSU courses are fully accredited, but
decisions on transferability rest with the receiving school.

OSJS undergraduate courses are normally graded, but a pass/no pass
option is available. OSJS graduate courses are graded. Through the
generosity of donors, OSJS will make every effort to meet financial
need.
